상표출원 관납료 변경 (변경유효일: January 17, 2015)

· TEAS RF application - Application for registration, per international class:  $325 —> $275

· TEAS Plus application - Application for registration, per international class: $275 —> $225

· Application for renewal under §9, per class (electronic filing): $400 —> $300

v     TEAS Reduced Fee (‘‘TEAS RF’’) application: if the applicant authorizes email
communication and agrees to file all responses and other specified document
electronically during the prosecution of the application.


v     TEAS Plus application: TEAS Plus applications must include the following at the time the application is filed:

  • The filing fee for all classes listed in the application;
  • An identification of goods and/or services taken directly from the USPTO Trademark ID Manual;
  • Certain mark-related information, if applicable, e.g., translation statement regarding non-English wording, color claim and description for marks featuring color;
  • A correspondence e-mail address and authorization for the USPTO to send e-mail correspondence concerning the application throughout the application process.
In addition, TEAS Plus applicants must agree to electronically file, through TEAS, certain application-related submissions that may be filed during the application process, such as voluntary amendments and responses to Office actions. 


v     TEAS Plus applicants who fail to fulfill the filing and examination requirements set out in the rules
will be subject to a processing fee of $50 per class, and similarly, TEAS RF applicants who fail to fulfill
the requirements under the rules will be subject to the existing processing fee of $50 per class.
