미특허청 관납료(USPTO Fee Schedule)가 2012년 10월 5일자로 약간의 변경이 있습니다.

Patent Application Filing Fee
* Basic filing fee - Utility: $380->$390 (small entity: $190->$195)
* Basic filing fee - Utility (electronic filing for small entities): $95->$98
* Claims in excess of 20: $60->$62 (small entity: $30->$31)
* Multiple dependent claim : $450->$460 (small entity: $225->$230)
Patent Issue Fee
* Utility Issue: $1740->$1770 (small entity: $870->$885)
* Design Issue: $990->$1010 (small entity: $495->$505)
Maintenance Fee
* Due at 3.5 years : $1130->$1150 (small entity: $565->$575)
* Due at 7.5 years : $2850->$2900 (small entity: $1425->$1450)
* Due at 11.5 years : $4730->$4810 (small entity: $2365->$2405)
PCT Fees- National Stage
* Basic National Stage Fee: $380->$390 (small entity: $190->$195)
* National Stage Search Fee - search report prepared and provided to USPTO: $490->$500 (small entity: $245->$250)
