전체 평균으로는 첫번째 심사통지(first office action)까지 22개월, 최종 심사결과까지는 약 34.5개월 정도 소요되는 것으로 나타나고 있습니다. 2011년도에 비해 첫번째 심사통지까지의 시간이 점점 빨라지고 있습니다.
참고로, Track-I Prioritized Examination (우선심사)의 경우는 청원에서 첫번째 심사통지(first office action)까지 1.8개월, 최종 심사결과까지는 약 5.6개월 정도 소요되는 것으로 나타나고 있습니다.
